The HOPI (and the Seminole Nation) returned once again to the Westgate River Ranch in February for two nights of camping and activities. As always we enjoyed our campsite, the rodeo, archery, model rockets and horseback riding. We also played some tennis and took to the canal in pontoon boats. Nights were very cool, which made the campfire enjoyable and made for very good sleeping weather. We also played some soccer and paddle ball, and the kids became mesmerized by the rabbit hutch at the petting zoo. By mezmerized we mean spent about four hours there. Several Hopi families narrowly escaped returning home with rabbits.
