Cape Florida is also known as Bill Baggs State Park, and is the southernmost tip of Key Biscayne. In addition to the beaches ans cycling (including bike rentals) there is a small, sheltered bay (no-name harbor) though no ramp; the lighthouse, and two restaurants. The Atlantic coast is the swimming beach, with pavillions and access trails. The west coast along Biscayne Bay is a bike path with many turn-outs for fishing. The lighthouse, which is fully restored, allows visitors at 10 AM and 1 PM. The (many)spiral steps take you up 110 feet for a great view of the ocean, bay, and beach.
